Supervisor, Digital

This Supervisor on the Digital team is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing audience-targeted campaigns across multiple self-serve media-buying platforms. This requires fluency with the technologies that make up the digital media ecosystem, specifically around data partner capabilities, data management platforms, site-side tagging technologies, and how various types of ad formats are monetized across supply sources.
You will collaborate with a group of quick witted, humorous, and extremely dedicated coworkers and clients whom are all passionate about digital media. The work environment is inviting. Job Responsibilities:

  • Use demand-side platforms on a self-service basis to implement and optimize performance of audience targeted campaigns
  • Develop and implement measurement frameworks and site side tagging strategies that effectively capture necessary campaign data
  • Review reporting on a weekly basis and make insightful optimization decisions to drive incremental improvements in campaign KPIs
  • Manage relationships with supply sources and actively help source and curate new private marketplace (PMP) deals
  • Develop audience targeting strategies using historical experience and new data sources
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client business goals and marketing objectives
  • Keep abreast of current events, media trends, and any industry trends that impact client business
  • Mentor junior staff members and take an active role in developing strategic recommendations and best practices

Job Requirements:

  • 4 year degree, preferably in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Physics)
  • 2 to 4 years of digital planning experience within an agency, DSP, or independent trading desk
  • 2+ years of experience using self-service DSPs. Priority will be for individuals with experience using TTD, AppNexus, TubeMogul and/or Videology and DBM
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and technical aptitude
  • Ability to speak and present before vendors and clients
  • Sizmek ad serving experience a plus
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point
